My Story

As a mom of three grown children and Gigi to one Grandson I have struggled with self image for years. I have found that taking care of yourself first is key to being the best version of yourself and being what your loved ones need you to be. I lost my brother in death in 2005 and after that and some other personal struggles I found fitness as an outlet for stress and feeling better about life and myself. I decided to help others by becoming a fitness coach and it brings me joy to see progress and happy faces. I get more from my clients than I could ever give. So I look forward to meeting all of you and helping you on your fitness journey. Small changes reap large rewards.

Throughout the years as a mom I have been up and down on the weight scale. I know the struggles that come with that. I also have lost loved ones that lead to depression. About 10 years ago I started my fitness journey and it  helped me deal with stress in a healthy way. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. Now I have the love of my life to partner up with in this journey to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
